Option 1 — Delete in the app
The fastest way to delete your account is directly from within the MyMinute app on any platform.
Open MyMinute and sign in
Use the web app at webapp.myminute.com.au, or the Android, iOS, or Mac app.
Go to your Profile
Tap the Profile tab at the bottom of the screen (or in the navigation menu on web).
Tap "Delete account"
Scroll to the bottom of the Profile screen and tap Delete account. You'll be asked to confirm before anything is deleted.
Confirm deletion
Confirm the prompt. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted. This cannot be undone.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can't access the app, you can request deletion by emailing us from the address associated with your account. We'll process your request within 30 days.
Email us to request deletion
Send an email from your MyMinute account address with the subject line "Delete my account" and we'll take care of it.

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed within 30 days:
- 🗑 Your account credentials (email address and password hash)
- 🗑 All session history and completed session records
- 🗑 Your streak data and progress statistics
- 🗑 Any waitlist registration associated with your email
Deletion is permanent. Once deleted, your account and data cannot be recovered. If you'd like to use MyMinute again in the future you'll need to create a new account.
