Terms of Service
By using MyMinute you agree to these terms. They're written in plain English — please read them. If something isn't clear, email us at hello@heyjeremy.com.
1. Who we are
MyMinute is operated by Jeremy Bray, based in Australia ("MyMinute", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MyMinute website, web app, and any iOS, Android, or macOS applications (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility and age requirements
You must be at least 13 years old to use MyMinute. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian before creating an account.
If you are between 13 and the applicable age of digital consent in your country (for example, 16 in most EEA countries), your parent or guardian must consent to your use of the Service and your acceptance of these Terms.
MyMinute is not directed at children under 13. If we discover that an account has been created by a child under 13 without appropriate parental consent, we will terminate the account and delete the associated personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MyMinute and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable mandatory legislation.
